The Missing Thought

Noah likes to keep things. When his grandfather comes for a visit and gives him
a notebook, at first he’s not sure what to do with the gift. But then one day he
loses something very important – a thought he had (something he wanted to tell
a girl in his class). Then the significance of the gift becomes clear.
Noah’s story is told with great sensitivity and insight, and the beautiful, simple
pencil illustrations in notebook style create a special connection with kids.

From the press

"... It’s not often that boys get a lyrical, personal book which tries to capture fleeting thoughts and feelings….this beautiful book by Maya Savir and Michal Bonano is a rare flower. "
